• Commissioning me means you want to see an artwork created in my art style.

• If possible please include detailed visual references for the character, commission type, pose and other details.

• You may not sell my art in any form, under any circumstances unless you have paid for the right to do so.

• Unless the art is commercial, I can post it on my social media sites or use it in my portfolio.

• Unless exclusive rights are purchased, I retain all rights to use and monetize the art.

• Unless given permission, do not post any screenshots of work in progress that I will show you.

• I only take payments via PayPal.

• Must pay in full upront or half payment before and after the final sketch

• All payments are final.

• There would be no refunds unless:

• I (the artist) cancels the commission (for reasons on my side) at any phase.

• Commercial art will be charged twice from the original amount.

• We shall discuss and agree upon terms for the art.

• There will be no royalties of any kind. Just a one-time contract fee.

I draw queue by queue, and the amount of time I spend on each work is around a 7 days or depends on the details of the art. While awaiting client confirmation (like sketch), I move on to other projects."
